About

I am most effective with people who want to do deep exploration and to grow spiritually and emotionally. We start with body awareness, developing skills to tolerate strong emotions and cultivate deeper connection with the resources that are inherent to us all. Using the Internal Family Systems model as the foundation, we will get to know parts of you who are burdened with painful emotions and beliefs and restore them to their natural state. We will increase your ability to live life from a calm, clear state.

The Internal Family Systems model is effective in cultivating self-compassion and healing deep wounds. You will gain access to your True Self, have better relationships with yourself and others as well more ease in your life. IFS addresses a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression and trauma resolution.

I have been a psychotherapist since 1984. I have added Internal Family Systems (IFS), Process Acupressure, and Reiki to my approaches in therapy. The combination of body/energy work with psychotherapy supports deeper healing and stress management. I include prayer and spiritual exploration if desired by and appropriate for the client.
