Therapy can be a space for yourself to reinforce the changes you've made or to continue learning of ways to overcome life stressors. I'm a firm believer that if something keeps coming up or that you're not happy with a particular aspect of your life, we can look at it together with kindness and patience. This way we learn more about it. As a therapist, the approach I use is based on your needs, symptoms & values. I'm open minded, flexible, and include your input throughout our sessions.
