I'm here to listen, understand, and help you feel validated and valued so that you can move forward confidently. We will be working through trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and exposure-based therapy with a solution-focused approach, along with incorporating your faith, if applicable. View 7 Photos I will teach relaxation techniques & use psychoeducation on how our bodies react to trauma & how our emotions affect the anxiety/depression symptoms through CBT techniques. We'll work on relaxing the body through mindfulness skills, leading to processing the trauma through imaginal or in vivo exposure & learn how to manage emotions healthily. It is challenging for anyone who is traumatized, and the anxiety/depression symptoms are normal after such an event. I have worked with many others who experienced traumatic events.
