I work to create a welcoming space for reflection and intentional growth, helping build more resilient ways to relate to yourself and those important to you. When navigating and healing from difficult or unexpected life events leaves you feeling lost or overwhelmed, creatively exploring ways we build meaning from our experiences and relationships can give way to a more fulfilling future. I use a compassionate blend of theoretical approaches including Emotion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and person-centered approaches to support individuals, couples, and non-traditional relationships. My areas of expertise include working with LGBTQ+ experiences and supporting clients through non-traditional life transitions as well as depression, anxiety, attachment/relationship concerns, identity exploration, and healing from trauma. I look forward to getting to know you and creating a map for your personal journey together. Please feel free to reach out to me via phone or email to ask additional questions, set up a free 15-minute consultation, or schedule an initial session.
