My name is Anne Hedelius. I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor/Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. My strengths are in helping people to improve their relationships and teaching effective emotional regulation skills. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, or any other issue, please know there is hope for a better tomorrow. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice, but may employ a variety of different treatment types to support you. I encourage clients to identify guiding principals and values that will help them to achieve their goals in life. I work with individuals to create an emotionally safe and nurturing space. My areas of focus are life stresses, divorce, parenting, depression, grief and loss. I care about you, your family, and your story. I will treat you with respect, dignity, and compassion, while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethics.
