About

I help people who have experienced trauma or stress regain their sense of self and improve their confidence. If you are struggling with anxiety, sadness, relationship issues, or low self-worth I can help. I work with clients who experience negative thoughts and fears that nothing good can ever happen to them. Through safely and slowly exploring your history and dismantling damaging messages and experiences, you can build self-esteem and confidence. Together we can figure out what is going on and what tools best fit you. Please note the session booked on zocdoc is the time of the weekly session available.

I have found my place specializing in trauma and have worked extensively with people who feel anxious and struggle with self doubt. I provide a judgement free space to explore your experiences but will never push you to share if you are not ready. I start my therapy teaching clients relaxation techniques aimed at reducing anxiety in distressing situations.

In my practice, I aim to foster a strong therapeutic relationship founded in humor, compassion, and warmth. I believe people are capable of change, and a nurturing therapeutic relationship can help you make that change possible. If you want to learn more on how I can help, send me an email and we can explore if we are a good fit.
