I offer a caring and non-judgmental approach to therapy designed to help you increase your capacity to greet your life with flexibility, compassion, and curiosity. My goal is to help you feel more engaged and empowered in your life by building on your own insights and strengths as well as helping you gently expand your willingness and creativity in facing difficulty. Together we will work towards healing distress and increasing your satisfaction in yourself and in your relationships. I work with individuals and couples facing an array of concerns, including relationship wounds, trauma, anxiety, depression, gender dysphoria, sexual health and sexuality. We can work to increase pleasure and joy in your life after trauma, improve your relationships and intimacy, increase insight and self-compassion, and expand coping tools and strategies. I use a variety of modalities including cognitive therapies, EMDR, IFS, and person-centered therapy. I am also a trained yoga teacher with experience using yoga and meditation therapeutically.
