I am a licensed Mental Health therapist as well as a licensed alcohol and drug counselor. I have had a plethora of experience working with addiction prior to joining Ellie Mental Health. During this time, I learned about what it means to create a safe and comfortable environment where people can feel like they can be their most authentic selves. Building on that,I am an eternal optimist; my approach to problem solving focuses on what you’re already good at and uses those existing strengths. One of my greatest joys is watching others succeed with the tools that are already at their disposal. I am a firm believer in clinician/client collaboration and will ensure that your voice is heard during the treatment planning process. I am a champion of articulation of boundaries and emotions, and believes that those are the building blocks of healthy relationships (professional and personal). I will walk with you on your personal journey of self-discovery In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family, playing tennis, snowboarding when the weather gets cold, and, of course, busting a move while playing Dance Dance Revolution! If you think we'd vibe, please reach out to me to learn more about working with me as your therapist! Feel free to call, email, or visit the webpage linked in my bio!
