About

The inner conflict we experience corresponds with the degree to which we are aware or unaware of the deeper parts of ourselves. I believe that everyone in their authenticity is whole, and the challenge of life is to connect with your wholeness. Therapy is the process of learning how to integrate the different parts of ourselves – our emotions, ideas, beliefs, identities, into a healthy unified experience of life. In other words, we can learn to live authentically when we stop denying, rejecting, or avoiding any part of ourselves, even when we feel uncomfortable. View 6 Photos

I am here to listen, support, and facilitate your self-exploration. My work is to provide a non-judgmental and empathetic space, and together we can identify what is happening on a deeper level. Our exchange of ideas can lead to insight, an increase in self-awareness, and strategies to living a healthier life.

We don’t need to start at the deep end. As a therapist I always keep in mind what it’s like from the client’s perspective. We need to give ourselves time to make lasting and substantial change, rather than a quick and immediate fix. Therapy does not require you to try anything I might encourage. This is your time to explore what works for you.
