I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) with extensive experience working with adults, veterans experiencing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and military sexual trauma (MST), as well as adolescents. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Studies, a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling, and have completed 72 hours of doctoral studies in Jungian Psychology. My approach to therapy is eclectic, utilizing various methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, reality therapy, and psychoanalytic/Jungian
