About

My goal is to provide a safe, healing, open, and warm space for reflection, exploration, and personal growth. As a Counseling Psychologist, I have expertise in relationships, life transitions, trauma, identity (racial/cultural, gender, queer/sexual, ability, immigrant, social class etc.), self-care, job stress, and depression and anxiety.

I use psychodynamic, relational-cultural, and cognitive behavioral techniques in the therapy space. I tend to use an active style, and collaborate with you throughout the process.

I approach therapy as a resource for self-empowerment, healing, support, insight, and personal growth. Email me to schedule a consultation, and we can go from there,
