About

I work with individuals transitioning into parenthood, sit with clients experiencing grief stemming from loss or significant life transitions, and help couples navigate their relationships by clarifying needs, defining boundaries, and fostering engagement.

The foundation of my work is my relationship with my clients. I provide non-judgmental, compassionate, and collaborative care that is tailored to your individual needs and preferences. There is no one-size-fits-all approach, so let's work together to find what works for you.

I believe that therapy should be designed by you, for you, so I take the time to understand your unique needs, goals, and concerns. While I ground my approach in evidence-based therapies, I also rely on laughter, connection, and unconditional positive regard to help you thrive.
