Therapists » Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate
Are you seeking to increase self-awareness and develop a more meaningful understanding of who you are, your sexuality, gender, and/or relationships? Are you ready for the healing and growth that comes from boundary setting and learning to communicate directly while still being gentle and respectful? Sexual concerns can leave us feeling depressed, anxious, isolated, and hopeless. Whether you are newly coming out, dealing with desire discrepancies, navigating relationship difficulties, or struggling with past trauma, you deserve to feel respected, heard, understood, and safe. Together, we can explore and support your release of old programming embracing your more authentic self. Therapy should be a place where you feel seen and heard. I’ll meet you where you are on your unique journey and offer you the support you need to uncover who you are and what you want. My approach is trauma-informed, queer-affirming, CNM (poly, swing lifestyle, open relationships), BDSM & kink-friendly, and compassionate. I focus on a range of modalities, including traditional talk therapy using CBT, ACT, and an existential approach along with a variety of mindfulness techniques to support processing.
