As a counselor, my mission is to provide a compassionate and supportive environment where individuals can explore their thoughts and emotions. I am dedicated to empowering my client to achieve personal growth, resilience and well-being through empathetic listening, evidence-based practices and goal setting. My commitment it to respect each person's unique journey and guide them to a more fulfilling life. I have been practicing for over 20 years. I am licensed in both KS and MO. Not only has my education guided me to helping my clients, but my own life experiences and years in practice have helped me gain knowledge and tools to share with my clients.
