At NOCD, my team and I provide personalized and effective specialized treatment for OCD and related conditions, such as BFRBs (including skin-picking, nail-biting, and hair-pulling). We have received training in evidence-based treatments, including Exposure Response and Prevention (ERP) therapy—the gold standard treatment for OCD. When you start with NOCD, you'll work with me or be paired with a therapist in our network, based on your preferences. NOCD offers support between sessions through direct messaging and access to peer communities, ensuring you never feel alone. It’s normal to feel hesitant about sharing thoughts with your therapist because you believe your thoughts are bad, embarrassing, or distressing.
