Hi there! I'm so happy you are here. Adulting is hard, full of uphill climbs and plot twists. As we take on the many challenges of daily life, moments of true joy can seem elusive. We may find ourselves feeling less content or fulfilled than we imagined. We begin to question past choices and doubt our decisions. We trudge along, hoping things will improve, without really enjoying the now. At all stages of life, we face challenges and transitions that may leave us feeling sad, anxious, exhausted, disillusioned, or isolated. And while this is normal, it can be hard to find a way through on your own. Fortunately, you don't have to. I am a clinical psychologist specializing in the treatment of adults as well as children, families and couples. I introduce clients to evidence-based cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness strategies for managing negative emotions, weathering crises, developing resilience, changing negative habits in thought and behavior, and improving life satisfaction. If you are feeling that you've drifted off course, I would love to help. This is your journey, and you will set the goals and pace. I will be at your side to offer perspective and support, delivered with warmth, respect, humor, and optimism. You are the expert in yourself, and I am an expert in therapies that work. I hope to meet you soon.
