About

Are you struggling with constantly feeling as if you are not good enough? You need to change yourself to “fit in,” or be successful? In the world that we live in, there is so much pressure around needing to push ourselves, to change our body, to be overanalyzing food and numbers on the scale. It can be really difficult to figure out how to navigate around the influences from other individuals, and living the life that you actually want to live. Trying to break free from a weight-obsessed world is really challenging. I can help walk alongside you on this journey of healing, and learning who your authentic self really is.

I am an eating disorder therapist who enjoys helping clients create a healthy relationship with food and their body. I treat all eating disorders, disordered eating, body image struggles, and weight concerns through a health at every size (HAES), narrative, and humanistic framework. I also weave in evidence based treatment to foster change and growth.

My goal as a therapist is to create a safe and inviting space to build a trusting, therapeutic relationship for my clients. I recognize the bravery it takes from you to show up and make the changes you want for your life. It would be an honor to help you on your journey of creating what you want your story to look like.
