About

I see adults and adolescents, ages 13 and up, and I have over 5 years of experience working in community and outpatient mental health settings. Early in my social work career, I provided in-home counseling to first-time mothers and mothers with young children. Because of this experience, I am passionate about supporting mothers experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to support clients in making shifts in how they think and behave. I also use techniques from DBT and ACT to help increase tolerance and compassion for uncomfortable thoughts and emotions.

I value collaborating with clients on goals tailored to their unique needs and challenges, and I enjoy providing a warm, supportive space that empowers clients to make meaningful change.
