About

If you're concerned about your child, you've already taken a courageous step by looking here for help. Maybe you're feeling frightened, worried, or at your wit's end and unsure what to do. These emotions are a testament to how much you love your kid. Whether you're looking at therapy as a preventative measure or your family is in crisis, I can light a path and walk with you. Over the last 15 years working as a therapist, counselor, teacher, and coach, I've developed a knack for connecting with kids who are hard to reach.

I treat children, teens, and young adults across the diagnostic spectrum, from generalized anxiety to psychosis. I am particularly attuned to the challenges associated with neurodevelopmental disorders like ADHD and Autism. My approach is informed by specialized training in play therapy, interpersonal neurobiology, and attachment-focused parenting.

Together, we'll find more helpful ways to talk about the sticking points. We'll work out misalignments in family relationships and mismatches of environment. We'll learn what makes your child tick, give them tools to write their own script, and help you realize your own unique gifts as a parent.
