My ideal client is someone who is in a space where they are comfortable with confronting the things that have made their life difficult. A person who is ready to move forward mindfully to create the life they desire to live without maladaptive coping strategies. I can support anyone that's having challenges with ADHD, Body image, anxiety, depression, and disordered eating. I've found that a lot of these concerns overlap in my area of specialty. I have to capacity to support any co-occurring diagnosis. I can only imagine how you must feel to get to a place where you are reaching out for help.
