About

Hi there, I am glad you are here and considering this step. Before we dive in, I want to acknowledge just how overwhelming it can be to look through profiles and identify who your next therapist ought to be. With that said, I have clinical experience in working with a wide range of people of different ages, ethnicities, genders, and sexual orientations. I specialize in helping individuals with physical, emotional, and sexual abuse histories heal from the very real impact of traumatic stress. I also have experience with successfully treating other mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and ADHD.

Counseling is a passion of mine. I am always learning something new, behind the scenes, about how to most effectively support you. While working with me, you will learn to approach improving your mental health in creative, research-based, and compassionate ways, a perspective I hope you will continue to maintain long after you have graduated from therapy.

If you're feeling uncertain, stuck, hurt, or hopeless in life, reaching out to someone new to talk about it can, understandably so, bring its own set of fears and worries. In that, I hope you choose to continue to engage in the same bravery that brought you to this page in the first place and take just a few more steps toward receiving the support you need.
