About

Taking the first step towards therapy can be difficult but also necessary. I am here to make that process a little bit easier & more comfortable. I recognize that each individual is unique and it's important to meet each client where they are on their journey of healing, by recognizing & understanding their reasons for coming to therapy. Whether it be difficulties with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, body image concerns, eating disorders, trauma, grief, life transitions, etc. I’m here to help support you as you navigate these concerns. My hope is that you leave therapy with the growth and tools that you are looking for.

I have extensive experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples. I work from a person-centered framework while including principles from other treatment modalities including DBT, ACT, ERP, the Gottman Method & CBT. I base my treatment style on the needs of the client, creating unique treatment plans tailored to each individual person.

In my practice, I strive to create a safe, warm environment where clients feel welcomed to be themselves and explore who they are. I place strong value on human connection and have a genuine curiosity about people and what makes them who they are. I view therapy as a journey of growth, & feel privileged to have the opportunity of joining you on that journey.
