About

Navigating life changes, relationships, self-esteem, and personal identity can be difficult while also trying to find your place in the world. Therapy can help explore all of these areas and bolster a sense of personal agency and self-empowerment. I specialize in working with children, teens and young adults. I believe that every person has the natural desire to grow, and that is what therapy with me is all about: personal growth. I hope to help you identify and work through the challenges you are facing, gain insight into barriers, and find solutions to improve your quality of health and relationships. View 5 Photos

My treatment approach is collaborative, by working together we can develop healthy coping skills, strengthen your child’s social and emotional health and empower him/her to understand and manage their emotions, behaviors, and social relationships.

I strive to create a warm, accepting, creative, and exploratory environment for all of my clients. Reaching out for extra support takes a lot and I would be honored to see if I might be able to provide a therapeutic fit.
