About

I specialize in working with individuals facing eating disorders, anxiety, and relationship issues. Through tailored interventions and processing techniques, my clients are able to transform behaviors such as avoidance, compulsion, self-criticism, and low self-worth. As my clients build confidence and motivation, they are able to access the core of their true self, and gain critical insight into their thoughts and behaviors that is hindering growth. As well, build awareness and develop interpersonal skills with others. I have found that providing an empathic environment, while empowering clients to face discomfort leads to success.

As a former college athlete, I have experienced the challenges of balancing academics, athletics, and social lives both in college and the real world. I believe that through radical acceptance and learning to trust ourselves, we can heal from emotional wounds, leading to greater self awareness, self-love and fulfillment.

My goal is to help you establish meaningful goals, achieve them, and maintain steady growth. By balancing empathy and validation with effective, solution-focused techniques, I strive to help you become securely grounded while embracing your unique sense of self. I'm dedicated to supporting you in not just managing life's challenges but truly thriving.
