Hello! Thank you for visiting! I’m Maggie. Are you struggling with negative or anxious thoughts, feeling “stuck” in your life, or having difficulty keeping up with the day-to-day without it impacting your sleep, relationships, and self-esteem? Are you frustrated, irritable, feeling unheard and struggling to cope? I work with adults (from young adults to older adults) to tease out unhelpful thought patterns, figure out how to find balance in life, address challenges and hangups in relationships, and cope with physical health challenges or other major life changes. We’ll take a look at stressors in your life and make a plan together to alleviate the tension. I’m here to help — you do not have to do this alone. My approach is warm, compassionate and trauma-informed, with gentle nudges and encouragement.
