About

Let's talk about it! My areas of experience and interest include identity, only children, complex or unusual family systems, creative hobbies and careers, queer parents, death, grief, hospice and end-of-life, pre-commitment couples counseling, the Enneagram, competitive equestrian sports, boundaries, food service, parent/teen dyads, theater, navigating higher education, and the general challenges of being a person. My practice is through the Center for Mindful Psychotherapy and I am supervised by Margaret Goodwin, LMFT 103426.

As a therapist, I am warm, curious, and non judgmental. I am interested in challenging you gently, exploring different perspectives, and supporting you in zooming out and tuning in. My approach is deeply compassionate, sometimes whimsical, and tailored to your needs and goals.

I would love to connect and to see if we are good fit. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or to schedule a free introductory consultation!
