I believe in your capacity to heal, I strive to create a space filled with compassion and grace. I specialize in Brainspotting, which is a powerful therapy that can help clients with a variety of issues. Clients seeking relief from depression, anxiety, PTDS, Trauma, or need a place to go to share life’s stressors with, this is the place for you. Clients who are ready to dive into their work and reach the root cause of their pain will be met with openness and a nonjudgmental environment. I believe in the client lead approach to therapy, where you get to be empowered and find your own inner strength. Brainspotting is an approach that can help facilitate a deep neurophysiological healing. We will be connecting the brain and the body to help rewire neuropathways. We set clear goals, and track our progress throughout the course of our work together. We also can create a self care plan, work on communication, and restore relationships. I strongly believe in this work, and I am passionate about helping individuals finding healing. My goal is to create an open and safe place for clients to come and be their true authentic self. If this sounds like something that could be helpful to you, please reach out and we can further discus how we can move forward in your healing journey.
