About

I specialize in working with clients struggling with life changes, anxiety, relationship and family issues, depression, trauma chronic illness and mood related disorders. I believe in the power of connection, empathy, and understanding. My goal is to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your emotions, confront challenges, and uncover your inner strengths. I view therapy as a collaborative process where each person is the expert on your own experiences, and my role as your therapist is to help you navigate your journey with guidance, support, and compassion.

My approach to therapy is grounded in a holistic view of mental health, recognizing the complex interplay between your mind and body. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based practices, and Psychodynamic principles, tailoring my approach to meet your unique needs and preferences.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, but it’s also an important moment of self-care and self-compassion for yourself. You deserve the space to heal, grow, and thrive. I'm here to help you take the first steps in your therapy journey.
