About

I received my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Houston Baptist University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southern Methodist University. I credit my experiences growing up, my family and overall passion to help others achieve their goals in my decision to become a counselor. As a therapist, I specialize in working with both adolescents and adults struggling with eating disorders as well as mood and anxiety disorders. Growing up a competitive gymnast, I also enjoy working with young athletes to overcome sport and non-sport related struggles.

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and accountable with the goal of providing a comfortable and safe environment for clients to process whatever they may be going through, giving them the ability to move towards a more fulfilling life. I incorporate a variety of theories but strongly base my counseling techniques from behavioral therapies (CBT, DBT).

I am a Houston native and offer in-person therapy in the Memorial area of Houston. I invite you to contact me by phone or email and look forward to working with you.
