You might not feel like yourself right now because of stress, pain/injury, or questioning who you are. You may feel stuck without effective ways to work through what's happening. Together, we can explore what feels off and come up with solutions to make you feel more confident and secure. When you come into the office, you'll be in a space that respects your identities and needs. We will work to identify how your experience with pain or being confused about who you are are holding you back. In my work, I use a flexible mix of therapeutic approaches (ACT, CBT, person-centered, etc.) to meet you where you're at and help you move forward. If you feel like your life is not playing out how you want it to, we will work to help you gain a sense of control and take steps to make lasting changes. It can be difficult to gain a sense of control around your life alone, so therapy can be your space to reflect and process what's going on effectively and with an empathetic ear listening along.
