About

Hi there! I am grateful you're here. In my work with children, adolescents, and adults, I strive to create a friendly and affirming space where you can feel safe to explore all aspects of yourself. I enjoy collaborating with my clients to make meaning of life experiences. We can partner to address things such as self-awareness, acceptance, body image, healthy relationships, gender identity, sexuality, anxiety, depression and whatever else we discover as important to your ongoing journey of well-being. I hope to cultivate our therapeutic relationship through humor, curiosity, and transparency.

I offer a trauma-informed, eclectic style of practice that draws on evidence-based, psychodynamic, and relational theories. I integrate play therapy, movement, and somatic mindfulness techniques to help clients connect with their emotions and how they experience them in the body. I aim to foster curiosity and compassion around your goals in our work together

I believe building an authentic relationship between therapist and client is the key to effective therapy. As a queer, white, non-binary therapist, I am committed to showing up with cultural humility, anti-racism, and warmth in each session. I welcome you as you are. Feel free to reach out to explore if we may be a good fit.
