About

Now accepting Telehealth clients! Limited Monday daytime availability. I believe healing happens in relationships—with ourselves and others. A strong client-therapist connection fosters self-understanding and lasting change, and this guides my approach. I love working with couples and adults of diverse, intersecting identities. My ideal client seeks to understand themselves better and align with who they are authentically. They may feel constrained by old wounds, struggle with self-criticism or perfectionism; and may be seeking support with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity exploration, relationships, and life transitions.

I use a collaborative, intersectional feminist approach to therapy. We don’t exist in a vacuum, and my approach is systemic, considering larger contexts as we work toward your personal goals. I believe that having your experiences witnessed allows for insight and change, and I bring humor and warmth to create a nonjudgmental, safe space.

I really value empowering people to name their needs and foster intimacy, emotional awareness, curiosity, and compassion in their lives. It would be a privilege to work together and witness your growth! Please email me to get started. For more information, visit www.bluelotustherapyservices.com.
