About

I primarily use the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model to help you explore and heal the many parts of yourself, even when they feel conflicting. By combining this approach with mindfulness, somatic therapy, and expressive arts, I’m here to support you as you navigate challenges and embrace all aspects of who you are. My goal is to help you shift from overthinking to experiencing life more fully in your body and in the present moment. I believe that a strong relationship between client and therapist is key to effective therapy. Together, we'll create a warm, non-judgmental space built on trust and mutual respect.

As a social worker, I also understand that environment and larger systems play a role in an individual’s mental health, and I value each person I work with as an expert in their own experience. I am trans/queer affirming, trauma informed, sex-positive, and pro-SW.

Starting therapy can feel daunting, but I’m here to guide you through it. Through conversation, body awareness, and creativity, we'll work together to uncover your barriers and celebrate your unique strengths, helping you lead a more connected and fulfilling life. If you'd like to work with me, please reach out via email or phone.
