My mission is to assist a diverse range of clients in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem challenges, and general life stressors, empowering them to explore and live their best lives. My services encompass trauma support, anxiety and stress management, depression treatment, grief counseling, self-esteem and assertiveness training, as well as working with children and adolescents facing interpersonal stress and behavioral issues. Additionally, I provide Sex Offender Treatment and Evaluation services.
