About

I am passionate about supporting children, teens, and adults to improve their relationships, manage conflict, better their mood, and adjust to the inevitable changes life throws our way. If you or your child are struggling with low mood, worrying too much, or getting along with peers or family members, know that things can be different! I understand how the school year, holidays, family time, and the dark MN winters can be a lot... I'm here to offer you a collaborative, supportive space to develop new skills, deepen your understanding of your experience, and create changes in your daily life so that you can feel and be your best. We all exist in and are influenced by the people, relationships, and spaces we occupy in our daily lives. Within this framework, we can use conversation, art – even play – to deepen your understanding, increase clarity, learn new skills, and make change. Together we will talk through what is going on and create a plan to get you to where you’d like to be.

It can be hard to take the first step to reach out and schedule with a therapist. Know that I will be here, ready to support you, whenever you're ready. Whether it's your first time or you've been at therapy for many years, I will meet you where you're at and help you move forward. I feel honored to do this work and look forward to hearing from you soon.
