About

I believe that we all hold the innate power to make meaning out of whatever challenges we encounter in our life, and in that power lies the ability to heal, grow, and evolve. As a therapist, I am passionate about supporting my clients as they tap into their own inner resources to embody the best version of themselves through their current life situations. My approach to the therapeutic process contains the belief that all experiences, despite how seemingly hopeless, can be integrated and used for one’s benefit. Curiosity and unconditional positive regard are elements I bring with me as I have the honor of sitting with clients.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background in yoga and meditation. I integrate my training in these areas into my work as interventions, and my personal daily practice contributes to my goal of remaining present with whatever arises in the therapeutic process.

I am experienced in working with children, adolescents, and their families through several years of delivering Intensive In-home Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Services (IICAPS) through the Yale Child Study Center. I have worked with parents, couples, adolescents and young adults on a variety of challenges.
