About

Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or sad, struggling to make sense of these complex and challenging times? Do you need help moving forward to create more joy, meaning, and purpose in your life? Do you recognize the need for change, but struggle to follow through with necessary steps that would enhance your well-being? I believe that we all have what we need inside of us to realize our dreams and make the desired changes to become the person we want to be. However, sometimes we need a compassionate guide to help us navigate the path.

I approach therapy from a holistic, strengths-based, and collaborative perspective, using trauma-informed and evidence-based practices to integrate mind, body, and spirit. The relationship that we develop becomes the foundation for our work together as we explore unresolved issues that interfere with living an authentic, meaningful, and rewarding life.

I work with adults who experience anxiety, attachment trauma, executive skills weaknesses, depression, difficult life transitions, grief and loss. Many have been diagnosed with ADHD or think they may have it. In a non-judgmental space that is both safe and inspiring, we'll explore and challenge the perceived barriers to creating lasting positive change.
