Does life feel overwhelming and stressful? The good news is that therapy can help you better understand your unique life challenges as well as develop new, empowering perspectives and mindsets. I use findings from exciting research in neuroscience and mindfulness to help us customize powerful tools to help you feel better. I am passionate about working with my clients to help them develop life skills such as mindfulness, self-calming strategies, accurate beliefs about themselves and others and the courage to risk new behaviors. If you are ready to make a change, I would love to hear from you. My therapy style is active, engaging and empathic. I enjoy working with my clients to identify and change thoughts, beliefs and behaviors to reduce or eliminate problems. I have extensive training and experience in a variety of therapeutic orientations, including family systems and cognitive-behavioral interventions. I am also passionate about working with divorcing couples as a Collaborative Coach within the Collaborative Divorce process. Collaborative Divorce is a respectful and confidential process to dissolve marriages without going to court. I am dedicated to helping couples create the best possible outcomes for all family members.
