About

Does life feel overwhelming and stressful? The good news is that therapy can help you better understand your unique life challenges as well as develop new, empowering perspectives and mindsets. I use findings from exciting research in neuroscience and mindfulness to help us customize powerful tools to help you feel better. I am passionate about working with my clients to help them develop life skills such as mindfulness, self-calming strategies, accurate beliefs about themselves and others and the courage to risk new behaviors. If you are ready to make a change, I would love to hear from you.

My therapy style is active, engaging and empathic. I enjoy working with my clients to identify and change thoughts, beliefs and behaviors to reduce or eliminate problems. I have extensive training and experience in a variety of therapeutic orientations, including family systems and cognitive-behavioral interventions.

I am also passionate about working with divorcing couples as a Collaborative Coach within the Collaborative Divorce process. Collaborative Divorce is a respectful and confidential process to dissolve marriages without going to court. I am dedicated to helping couples create the best possible outcomes for all family members.
