I believe I can assist you in making some changes from minor life adjustments to major transformations. I have 34 years of experience in counseling people from ages 15 to 79 who have a variety of issues. Additionally, I've been a school counselor and provided individual and group therapy at a psychiatric hospital. I have extensive knowledge of eating disorders, psychiatric medications, addictions, grief/loss, relationship dynamics, LGBTQ issues, infertility and disability. I am adept at helping people identify the patterns in their life in order to change the thinking & behaviors that keep them stagnant in their relationships & limit personal growth. Having many years of life experience, I can facilitate the emotional growth of people who are in various stages of development and assist family members in understanding one another's perspective based on their individual backgrounds.
