I have been honored to serve clients suffering from a variety of mental health illness. I am passionate about helping those who suffered from abuse and trauma to find healing and begin to live their best lives. However, I have many years serving those who suffer with co-occurring disorders. Many of my clients suffered with depression, bi-polar, schizophrenia and anxiety disorders. I utilize many different theories (CBT, DBT, Psycodynamic, mindfulness, Positive psychology) to assist clients with finding techniques and resolve issues to be able to live a more fulfilling life. I have specialty in EMDR, trauma and abuse. Looking forward to helping you find the right techniques and modes of therapy that works best for you.
