I am an experienced CPC-Intern, dedicated to working with individuals seeking to create meaningful change in their lives. My goal is to provide a secure, supportive environment where clients can feel safe as they navigate their therapeutic journey. My approach to therapy is client-centered and trauma-informed, recognizing that each individual’s experience is unique. I work collaboratively with my clients to develop personalized treatment plans that meet their specific needs and goals. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced complex trauma, depression, and anxiety, as well as those struggling with self-esteem issues, PTSD, mood, personality, and co-occurring disorders. My therapy style is warm, empathic, and non-judgmental, creating a safe space for clients to process. I also work with adolescents who are candidates for virtual therapy. In addition to my clinical work, I am passionate about advocacy and education, regularly attending conferences on trauma-informed care to continue enhancing my understanding and approach.
