About

If you’re a frontline worker or spouse of a frontline worker and are (Law Enforcement, Corrections, EMS, Paramedic, medical provider, crisis worker, mental health providers, funeral directors, and/or firefighter) struggling with anxiety and/or depression due to the situations you are exposed to on a daily basis, it's time to talk about it. I am culturally sensitive and competent regarding these careers. I would like to be able to help those that help others in a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed way. Additionally, I am also committed to helping adults (18+) who experience anxiety and/or depression.

I will offer a safe and inclusive environment. I will interact and engage with you in a culturally sensitive and competent manner. I can offer verbal therapy, grounding techniques, and various trauma informed treatment.

I appreciate the work all of our front line workers do. They carry significant stress which can lead to anxiety and depression. Being a social worker, I understand what my peers are exposed to everyday because you are caring for others. I’d like to invite you to 23 Frontline Therapy, (under the Tranquil Waters practice), to take action and care of yourself
