About

I work with a therapy dog (Marnie) in person. Are you struggling with anxiety and depression making it hard to navigate your day-to-day tasks? Is your past trauma keeping you stuck from living a full life? Are you exploring your sexual or gender identity and concerned about how it will interact with relationships around you? I meet my clients where they are, without judgment, and we work together to create a space for hope and healing. View 8 Photos

You want to feel seen, heard, and accepted for who you are, and learn how to reach your fullest self. Together we can use multiple lenses to explore how to challenge your thoughts and behaviors that keep you stuck in this cycle of pain.

I specialize in working with those in the LGBTQIA+ community, anxiety, depression, and trauma survivors. I also work with a therapy dog named Marnie (she can be put on leash if that causes stress). If you want to know more or have questions on how working together may work, I offer a free 15-minute consultation to assess what working together may look like.
