About

I’m excited to welcome new clients! If you’re looking for a safe space to be heard and understood, I’m here to help you navigate life’s challenges and find hope and meaning. I am passionate about supporting individuals, couples and families through significant life transitions, including pregnancy, the postpartum phase, and the complexities of trauma, loss and grief. The perinatal period can bring profound changes and challenges that affect not only individuals’ mental health but also family dynamics. Issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship strain are common, and can disrupt our ability to enjoy meaningful connections. View 5 Photos

Navigating the emotional landscape of pregnancy and parenthood, as well as processing grief after loss, requires a compassionate and understanding approach. I work collaboratively with clients to explore their unique experiences, fostering resilience and connection during these critical times.

Together, we can address your goals, hopes and dreams, helping to cultivate a way forward with new perspectives that promote healing and growth. I approach each client with compassion and empathy, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can express their thoughts and feelings freely.
