Congratulations on taking the first step towards therapy. Whether you are new to therapy or not, I like to say that therapy is for everyone. We all benefit when we diversify our support system. Therapy can help us see more clearly ourselves, our relationships and can help us to access our innate strengths. I am honored to help in your journey as you work towards health and the life you want to be living. I graduated from Smith College School for Social Work where I was trained in a psychodynamic approach. I have experience working directly with individuals in a variety of settings, including outpatient behavioral health, community-based residential treatment, and crisis in a clinical supervisory role. I currently work at my own practice. I am inspired by the many modalities that can promote healing; whether through gardening, physical or artistic expression, increasing social supports or through talk therapy; developing a diverse support system is so important. In my work with clients I integrate both contemplative and psychodynamic psychotherapy. Note: Please inquire via email!
