I have spent the last 13 years in private practice and partnering with local schools and HeadStart programming. I work with birth-old age: Prevention, family work, trauma, divorce & life transitions, infertility, foster care, adoption, LGBTQ, Anxiety, depression and end of life. I offer Client centered, Solution focused & CBT therapy, with a focus on education, self awareness, and holistic planning. I believe that physical, mental and spiritual health are deeply connected and need to be in balance for a healthy happy life. I partner with my clients to help them find this balance.
