I am here to support you, no matter what you come in with, as a loving witness as you connect to your inner wisdom in a space free of judgement. I provide therapy for kids and adults with compassion, presence, and care . My work tends to be an eclectic mix based on what my clients need, with modalities such as IFS, somatic, grief support, play-based therapy, or arts-based interventions.
