Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
Whether you’re new or familiar to therapy, my goal is to make you feel safe, heard, and validated. In my practice, I strive to provide a supportive environment where you are comfortable to speak your mind without fear of judgement. My goal as a clinician is also to learn, to adapt and to grow, as I work with you to do the same. My clients come from varied walks of life. Anxiety, depression, and life adjustments are common in my practice, but my experience is varied. I take pride in offering safe spaces for LGBTQIA+ individuals, POC, and anyone else who seeks support, safety, and accountability without judgement. I aim to achieve a sense of balance in my practice. By bridging holistic approaches like mindfulness with data-driven modalities like CBT, I work with clients on reducing the burdens that can come from anxiety, depression, and life stressors. I welcome feedback and personal perspectives, to best create an environment that works for you. Seeking therapy for the first time (or returning) can be overwhelming. I encourage you to contact different therapists initially, to identify the right fit for you. I offer a free 15 minute consult, to help determine if we are the right fit for each other. There is no obligation, no pressure. I am here when you are ready.
