As your therapist, I hope to create a non-judgmental, supportive space for healing and growth. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, shame, addiction, relationship issues, codependence, low self-esteem, or something else - change is possible. In therapy, you will cultivate a more honest and compassionate relationship with yourself. You will step into greater authenticity, create healthier relationships, and make choices that align with your deepest needs and values. You will be supported while you process past and present pain points and will leave your sessions feeling more confident and easeful. View 4 Photos
I love helping folks create a new relationship with what troubles them, whether those challenges seem to originate from inside or outside. We'll work with trauma-informed, attachment-based techniques, parts work, self-compassion, somatic, and reparenting tools. My approach will always be rooted in the genuine, trusting relationship we will build together.
I believe that therapy is a collaborative, relational process. You have important insight into your unique experience. My role is to accompany and sometimes guide you on your journey toward a life of greater ease, freedom, and fulfillment. If you feel that we may be a good fit, please reach out for a consultation. I look forward to connecting with you.
