About

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I graduated with my Master’s Degree from Liberty University in 2016 after honorably serving in the US Army for 20 years. I have seen the impact that deployments and life in general can have on our military community and look forward to helping those individuals, couples and families find healing. I'm particularly energized with working with premarital and married couples in helping them by providing important tools they can use to improve and or restore their relationships.

Specialties: I work with adolescents, adults, pre-marital, couples and families experiencing challenges with Relationship issues, Women’s Issues, Life transitions, Grief, Self-esteem Issues, Depression, Anxiety and I facilitate DBT informed groups for teens and adults.

I believe that a positive therapeutic relationship between therapist and client is essential to growth and the healing process. I like to come alongside with my clients, meet them where they're at and move at their pace as I help them through whatever life issues they're experiencing.
